The project partners held six meetings throughout the project in order launch organise and close the action:
In a specific effort to engage new schools to the project work each partner disseminated project information to 100 schools in their regions and from the response rate the five most interested schools in each country were invited to receive a roadshow event that bought aspects of the project action to their schools in order that they may get a ‘taster’ of what YEP! is all about.
